Refund policy
Due to the nature of products all sales are final. Please read all product descriptions and review your order before finalizing your purchase.
Although we do not offer refunds if you believe the product you received is defective we offer exchanges. Exchanges are only granted for unworn and unaltered items. Exchanges must be requested within 3 business days of receipt. If you would like to exchange your product or have any questions or concerns email us at info@kustomkrownz.com.
Terms of exchange
All items must be unworn and unaltered. (Product must be in its original packaging/ zip ties, hair must not be washed, cut, dyed, bleached or altered any any way. Lace product must not be cut, or tinted)
All exchanges must be done within 3 business days of receipt.
Items can be exchanged for same value or less with no money back.
Items must be sent back before the new product is sent out.
Please ensure to get tracking on packages that will be exchanged and include first and last name and order number.
If a dispute is submitted before contacting Kustom Krownz, you'll forfeit your right to exchange the product and make future purchases. We ask that you contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We are happy to assist you.
