1. How Are Wigs Made?

 

 All Units Are Machine Made Unless Otherwise Specified.

 

2. What Is The Difference Between Virgin and Raw Hair?

 

Virgin hair is single donor human hair that has been steam processed for texture. It can be bleached to 613 blonde however longevity averages 1 year. Raw hair is the purest highly sourced hair on the market. It is double drawn therefore the bundles are more dense/full. It can be bleached and last 3+ years on average. Raw hair is textured and blends well with natural hair types.

 

3. What Is The Production Time For Custom Orders?

Due to Covid Delays, our turnaround time for custom wig orders is 10-15 Business Days not including shipping timeframe.

 

BYOB orders are processed within 5-7 business days from appointment date.

 

Wig Maintenance Services are processed within 3-5 business days.

 

Sales may extend processing time up to 21 days. 

 

4. What Are Ready To Ship Units?

 

Ready to ship units are units that are in stock and available for immediate shipping. These items are first come first served and cannot be reserved/held. These items must be paid in full at time of order. 

 

5. How Can I Create A Custom Unit By Providing My Own Hair ?

 

Book a Bring Your Own Bundles (BYOB) appointment. Be sure to book the date that you anticipate your hair will arrive to us. Please ensure that your hair will be received by this date to avoid any delays or cancellations.  

 

Note: We Do Not Color Customer Provided Hair Unless A Consent Form Is Signed.

 

6. When Will My Order Ship?

 

Orders generally ship once processed in the order received. All orders shipped via USPS Priority 2-3 days. Covid delays may impact shipping. 

 

7. What Are Rush Orders?

 

Rush Order option shortens the production time for custom units to 2-3 business days. Fee is applicable. 

 

8. Do You Offer Refunds/Exchanges/Cancellations?

 

No Refunds. Exchanges/Cancellations Are Conditional.

9. What is Sezzle (Buy Now, Pay Later)?
